Dear Woman Who Has Been Strong for Far Too Long,

I know what it means to carry everyone else while quietly wondering who wiill carry you. I have walked through abandonment, domestic violence, single motherhood, depression, broken patterns, and seasons when survival left little room to recognize myself.

Yet beneath the weight, I could still hear the faith my mother planted in me—the sound of Psalm 91, prayers after long nursing shifts, and praise rising through hardship. Her example taught me that faith does not always look fearless; sometimes, it looks like trusting God while your heart is still healing.

I wrote Pressed, Poured & Prepared for the woman who has prayed, served, waited, and survived—yet still feels caught between who she had to become and who God is calling her to be. These pages will help you give language to what you have carried, grace to the woman you became to survive, and courage to step into what comes next.

You are not forgotten, disqualified, or behind. What felt like breaking may have been God revealing, refining, and preparing you all along.
