Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, all sales of digital products are final.

• Workbooks
• Journals
• Printable resources
• Downloadable design materials
• Online courses and educational content

No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs of the item and packaging

If approved, we may offer one of the following:

• A replacement product
• Store credit
• A refund to the original payment method

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging unless the item arrived damaged.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products damaged through misuse, neglect, or normal wear

Payments for consulting, styling, advisory, and design services compensate for reserved time and professional expertise.

Completed services are non-refundable.

If a project is canceled before work begins, any refundable amount will be determined according to your signed service agreement.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the credit after processing.

Orders may only be canceled before shipment or before delivery of digital access.

Once an order has shipped or digital content has been delivered, it cannot be canceled.
